Mixed Feelings at This Hotel

lukewarm water outdated treadmill

The pool area was nice.

My room , a Heritage Superior Suite , had issues with the hot water. It was lukewarm at best. The gym was also disappointing , with only one outdated treadmill available.

decent stay with some issues

The initial room assignment was quite disappointing. i booked a heritage premium suite hoping for authentic decor, but the first room i was shown was in a newer building. It had a cheap plastic door and windows. the room reminded me of a clinical white square and lacked any character at all. also, the invoicing system was horrible! credit card payments were refused, and i received threatening emails about cancellation if payment wasn't made quickly.

Excellent heritage stay

tasteful furniture modern equipment beautiful garden delicious food

I spent several nights here. The rooms included tasteful furniture and modern equipment. The hotel boasts beautiful gardens all around. The garden near the pool was perfect for lunch. Dinner with BBQ near the fountain was great, and the food was delicious. The chef was superb and the service was perfect.

The reception area looks like a temporary structure and doesn't give an immediately excellent first impression.
